Dustin brings over 18 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, and analytics, including helping scale an online retail company to nearly $50 million in annual revenue.

Leigh’s background is deeply rooted in construction, development, and investment long before her first property purchase in 2003.
She was raised in a family where building was a way of life:
A grandfather who developed land
An uncle who built custom homes
A father who developed property, ran a multi-million dollar plumbing company for new construction, built homes, and now owns a property management company with a portfolio of investments
She witnessed firsthand how raw land becomes opportunity.
The 60 acres she grew up on—once filled with four-wheelers, open fields, and a fishing pond—was transformed over time into developed parcels and a neighborhood of homes.
That perspective created an instinctive understanding of value—before, during, and after development.
Today, as a licensed real estate agent and investor of over 20 years, Leigh brings a deep, practical lens to acquisition, positioning, and long-term asset performance.
