No. We will never ask for your primary login credentials. We will send a shareable Google Drive link with you where documents can be exchanged.
If you do need assistance on the listing services, we can communicate together and ask that you add us as a co-host, provide restricted access via your PMS, or create a limited user account. Once our work is complete, you can simply remove our access.
Do you need my logins to Airbnb or my PMS?
Who actually has access to my account data?
Access is limited strictly to the specialist assigned to your project, which is me. We do not ask for any passwords, depending on the systems you are using, if we need access we simply ask to add us as a co-host, guest account with limited access or something similar where you can see or track any actions taken and turn access off once tasks are complete.
What happens if I’m not happy with the optimization?
We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If the initial updates don't meet your expectations, we provide a revision period to ensure the brand voice and settings align with your vision.

How long does the optimization process take?
Most standard listing optimizations are completed within 3 to 5 business days once we have all the necessary information and access.
Do I need to be tech-savvy to work with you?
Not at all. We handle the "heavy lifting" inside the platforms. If you can click an "Invite" link in your email, you’re tech-savvy enough to work with us.
Can you work with any Property Management System?
Yes. Whether you use Guesty, Hostaway, OwnerRez, or others, we are experienced in navigating the backend of major industry software. We will provide all the content to you to upload, or if you need assistance we can hop on a call and figure out the best way to give temporary access for us to implement the content.
