At Legacy Tide, my goal is to help give the owner, host or operator what they need to solve the issue they are trying to solve. I’m here to help share my experience and give feedback as well, I love to use both my hands and my mind when working, but my goal is to help implement the system or create the content you need but give any suggestions, feedback or experience I have as well that might help. Whether you just started with one property or you have a couple, I’m here to help you, create and implement what you might need.

Some common things I love helping owners out with…

• Creating Readable Reports - There’s a lot of data in Airbnb, you may be using a PMS too, connected to multiple OTA’s, what numbers are you looking at and which ones do you still need help figuring out where to locate so you can start paying attention to them. I can help create you easy to follow spreadsheets, make sure data is matching across the board, make sure your financial software (eg. Quickbooks) is recording everything correctly.

• Signage - I can help create any signage you might need for your property, such as signage that might be required by your city, important fire information, etc… I can help create the files for you to print or if need digital signage I can help you put the graphics together.

• Revenue Management Tool Implementation - If you are looking to move to a revenue management tool and are looking for help getting it setup, I can certainly help you implement it so you can more effectively management your daily rates.

• Direct Booking Website Help - If you have a direct booking website and are looking for some edit or content for it or you maybe are on a PMS and need to create a direct booking website,

• Google Ads - If you are wanting to try and bring in new traffic to your direct booking website and looking for help creating a Google Ads campaign I would love to help you setup your ad groups and keywords. Google Ads need to be tracked and monitored from the get go to ensure accuracy and that the budget is spent where you are intending and your ads are showing when and where you want them too.

• Listing Services - My normal listing services are listed on this page, but if you are looking for more regular freshening up of your content or need more quantity (Bulk) help running multiple units please reach out and I’d love to help.

• Writing System Action Plans - Every successful business has their processes written down, this way they can be trained to others, they can. be measured and they improved upon over time to become easier to run and more efficient. This is especially true if you are wanting to grow or hand off the day to day of your operation, no matter its size right now. In fact the sooner you start to document you systems the higher likelihood you have of growing and scaling your business successfully. If you know your systems in your head, have trouble knowing where to start to create written systems and keep them documented and organized, I can help you begin to build your systems library.

• Email Marketing - Need to setup a process to stay in touch with all your previous guests (Guests who booked directly only)? Keep guests up to date with things like local events, booking discounts, or if they like their condo they stayed in send them a friendly reminder in a few months to re-book. There’s lots of options, but your email list is from guests who have booked direct with you.
