Once we establish what data you have, what systems and tech stack you are currently operating in then we can begin developing a plan to get your data to a point where its easily accessible, accurate, not just benchmarking historical periods but provides forward looking guidance of where you are going, so you can begin making strategic decisions ahead of time.

We will establish what are the key strategic indicators you should be paying attention too and where the data comes from. Processes and tools can vary depending on the current tools you are using, such as PMS (Property Management System) or just directly using OTA’s (eg. AirBnB, VRBO, etc…).
