Our listing audit fill focus on the following areas of your AirBnB listing, we will provide feedback on what specific actions might provide you the most optimization for your listing.

• Photography | We look at things such as you cover photo quality, quantity of photos, coverage of all rooms, exterior and key amenities, showing the actual view from windows/patio, no awkward cropping, and showing all amenities. We will also look at the order of your photos.

• Reviews & Reputation | What do your reviews tell you from your guests? Are you responding?

• Amenities & House Rules | Do you have all the expected amenities such as high speed wifi and streaming or cable services listed out? What about amenities related to condo complex, neighborhood or resort?

• Platform Visibility & SEO | Are all fields filled out, are you on multi-channels? Where are you ranking on related searches?
